@matigo This! This is what I want from a PDA! We’re slowly moving into that future dream where things actually work with us and we are not tired down to a desk.
@matigo Cleary neither am I, or a lot of us older Trek fans.
I don’t mind other takes on the whole Star Trek universe, but when they water it down to just another contemporary, depressing, gritty sci-fi series, I’m out. There are other series that already do that well, and honestly are better for the stories they want to tell.
Kurtzman Trek is just not my Star Trek.
@matigo The series are just sad. Only Star Trek about them is the title.
Still have some very faint hope for “Strange new worlds”, but that’s about it.
@matigo I’d say so, yes. Abrams has at least had the good decency of stepping away.
I stand by my previous statement that Alex Kurtzman is the worst thing to happen to Star Trek.
@matigo I have very briefly contemplated it, but as a result of my fully functional moral compass, it’s yet one more career I’m just not cut out for.
