In all fairness, I just rebuilt a storage shelf and added a big laminated surface on top last time. Got the job done though, so I classify it as success.
This time, however, it will be built by me from scratch. I might be able to go buy everything I need tomorrow, hopefully have it assembled by the evening.
That which does not exist, I build. Which is why I am now looking at building my own standing desk again. Second time, although this time around much more planning and better design.
And now I feel a strong need to go on a cyberpunk-anime binge. Thanks, @height8! ??
Necessary change in society is slow, unfortunately. The good thing is, if we just give it some time, nature will take care of the undesirables in the usual way.
Any by undesirable I mean any narrow-minded person who doesn't want to change, holding steadfast to their outdated and idiotic views, leading to bigotry, discrimination, prohibiting, and violence.
