My software projects are perpetually stuck in pre-alpha mode. (that means I've written a lot of documentation, but no work on the actual programming has happened)

Progress! Put in an order/claim for one of those duckhead replacements that Apple is doing. Turns out I had at least one of those lying around. Might as well get it swapped out, I figure.
