@peemee Oh right, yes, the top of the line of the top of the line, so to speak. Quite the monster for its time in many aspects. I mean, still today 16GiB of RAM is pretty good.

@peemee Those last generation G5 machines are tempting. Most powerful desktop PPC-based computers, to the best of my knowledge.

@peemee It is indeed. Might not be absolutely truth-telling, just like all synthetic benchmarks, but should at least give us a hunch about the true computational performance inside the case.
