I like it since it gets out of my way, similar to how I like that macOS get out of my way. At least for the most part.

I’ve always liked XFCE, which apparently is a faux pas in the finer areas of Linux usership. But then again, I have tended to stick it on older hardware with less capability and even less RAM.

Still contemplating CDEbuntu, which would be awesome, if you ask me. 😁

Hm. Perhaps that is the solution. I just need to wear wooden clogs more!!

Once again it is proven to me that I no longer decide over what I do and when I do it. Feel like a machine more and more with each passing day.

Ah, that does make sense. Curious how Apple would effectively mess that up. But only in web apps, not inside Safari.

It does seem likely. After yet one more reboot, the keyboard does appear to… appear where and when it should, in the correct orientation.

These oddball faults really catch me off guard nowadays. You’d figure they would have nailed the whole display rotation by now.

Oddly enough, I had it tilted at an angle, so it should definitely have picked up on it and has the keyboard rotated towards the lower part of the display.

Think I tired that, but I’ll give it another go. I mean, it can’t make things any worse at least.

Hm. iOS 15.2 is having issues with the keyboard and web apps. Keep getting a blank field or a completely wrong rotated keyboard, depending on what the decide feels like at the time.

Frustrating!

Lazy and/or incompetent. And I do mean that in the constructive “simply does not know better” way, not as a knock on any one person. 🙂

I would be more of a imbecile programmer, should I label myself.
