@peemee Oh well, at least I have an aluminum body to compensate for those 256MiB of RAM that the iBook got. 🤣
@peemee Still can’t get over that the iBook G4 12” was technically superior to the PowerBook G4 12”.
@jws It was very nice to have a native client, not going to lie. But the web client does work quite nicely. Don’t put a huge amount of effort into it unless you want to, I’ll live. 🙂
@peemee That sounds pretty sweet! Need to see if that’s on any of the usual suspects like Macintosh Repository or Macintosh Garden.
@peemee Just for Leopard installation this time. Optical media is not my thing anymore, so I just toss the image over to a USB stick. 😁
Should keep my eyes open for a FireWire external enclosure, just to make it quicker and easier in the future.
@matigo Don't you know it! It's been one heck of a jarring experience going back to the poor excuse other PC manufacturers slap into their laptops. When the most in terms of gestures you get is a two-finger scroll, then it's just not fun anymore.
I mean, Tiger has its good sides, and Classic, but Leopard is just far more modern and has two-finger tap to do the secondary click on the touchpad.
