@matigo As do I.
@matigo Shedloads of RAM, pretty much. But then again, I'm after the used stuff as per usual. What was top of the line years ago is what I aim for.
I must have lost my mind. I'm seriously looking at Xeon processors and compatible logic boards.
@hazardwarning I looked too fast at the photo and thought to myself;
Why does anyone need a book on how to ruin Linux?
?
@dgold Ah yes, I've seen this phenomenon too. Wonder how it will pan out for it. I'll be keeping my eyes on it, just to see if there are any historical tendencies occurring. ?
@matigo You know, great interest in the early days, created as a response to the changes twitter enacted. It's basically the same story all over, just different people and slightly different aim.
@kdfrawg After HP royally bungling up webOS and the Palm phone legacy, I have no trouble believing you. ☹
// @thrrgilag
@thrrgilag True. I should read up on that a bit and see if there's anything in it for me.
I'm just amazed that only Apple and Google have managed to create and sustain their momentum in the mobile device space over the last decade. Great alternatives have died off one by one, from webOS to Ubuntu Phone.
