Nginx was at the top of my list for a long time, but I got a tip about Hiawatha and looked into it. Really interesting server that had flown completely under my radar, and looks very solid.

I used to be heavily invested in Apache, but that was a long time ago. Now I'm working with things like the Raspberry Pi, and I want to squeeze every last bit of power out of the machine. Thus, Apache is a bit too heavy compared to the newer alternatives.
