@matigo I could totally go for that on a daily basis!
@matigo If you figure it out, do let me know, ok? I’ve been wondering for years.
@matigo Really crap, that. Even Nintendo, the most conservative of companies is easier to deal with on the new Switch, which just feels like the world has gone topsy-turvy.
@matigo It just annoys me to no end that people perform these meaningless restrictions, regardless of where or what.
So now I need to fetch the login information for my US iTunes account. Should probably register a Japanese one too, just so I can get some Japan-only apps…
Tried to get the nvNotes app on the App Store. Apparently whoever developed it thinks the USA is the world, because it’s not available in the Swedish App Store…

@hybotics Very understandable! I’m just completely sour on the whole idea of ads as an attack vector for malware. One of the main reasons why I got PiHole set up in the first place.
@hybotics I have an original Pi B with 512MiB of Ram running PiHole for my whole home network. Don’t remember the amount of devices off the top of my head, but I can’t see any noticeable slowdowns.
Funny thing is; is barely using 100MiB of RAM. The CPU spikes to some 90% when I remote into it and check the status, but after that it’s farting around at perhaps 30% at most.
I suspect the Pi 0 (or Pi 0W) will perform its task admirably. As long as you can set the Pi as the primary DNS lookup, you should be golden. ?
Honestly, contemporary cartoons trip balls just as horribly as 70s cartoons. Sometimes even worse…
