@matigo Yeah, it wasn’t the best. Had to grab some “spicy” ramen afterwards.
Still, the project continues undeterred and there are plenty more takoyaki places to visit.

Really not much flavor besides the sauce, but at least it looked pretty good.
@phoneboy A conventional computer as most people define it is far from what most people need, so I can totally see how that would be realistic. Worth a try at the very least, I think.
@konrad As an English teacher in Japan once answered me when I asked a question; sometimes…
@JeremyCherfas Aldhous, I believe. But I get my Huxleys’ mixed up all the time, so it may quite well be another one.

@matigo That I can say with a good deal of certainty; it’s not Asahi Super “Dry”. ?
Heck, I can even get that at home and it’s fine for a beer, but not anything extraordinary. The stuff at the sushi place is something of a different calibre, but I can’t for the world remember what it is they serve.
@matigo I try to save the 10 for any mythological beer that would transcend everything. A 9 point beer for me is among the absolute top. ?
Completely agree with you about it being a damn fine beer. I’d rank it as the best next only one other, that I had at the local sushi restaurant. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of that beer, but I’ll try to find out.
@matigo Didn’t catch the name, but it was some young woman and two puppets faffing around. On NHK, I believe.
