I’m not sure which would be worse to be honest.

Werid. Guess that’s just one more reason why I’m staying in previous major version still.

It could be worse. 😉

Thanks, now I have images of a screwdriver leaking all over the place in my head…

Yep, that’s why I basically quit and went into the work force and started a family instead.

2020 is not off to a great start, needless to say.

I normally like the Japan Times, because they don’t suck too much, but I’ll have to be careful about which article I read. I prefer to stay away from many news sources with dubious history and often questionable articles.

Their opinion pieces can be a minefield. Still upset about the professor that whined about the coming changes to Japanese language education, and English in particular. Man, that guy is proof of higher education doesn’t mean you are actually smart!

Not far off! I’m slowly assembling a small, stealthy dongle computer based on the Raspberry Pi Zero. One of my coworkers gifted me an early generation LTE modem, which just happens to be the perfect size for said Raspberry Pi Zero.

With this, I’ll be able to have a small personal space with me, easily accessible at all times. Thinking about running some useful tools, like a web server with a wiki and such.

Just stumbled across that mediocre Bloomberg article about data centers being the enemy of the environment. The one commented on the other day. Only this was a complete reprint over at Japan Times, which is very disappointing.
