It's the sad reality of our world currently. :(

At least some of the electronics shops have figured out my preferences. Today I'm getting several e-mail newsletters about the iPhone SE.

I am not sure, but I believe that Facebook just doesn't give a shit. They only care about getting more eyeballs on ads to make revenue, and few things than vitriolic hate pull in eyeballs.

They probably woke up and realized it wasn't 1998 anymore. ;)

@height8 Amen, brother!

I don't mind people repurposing old game consoles for their Raspberry Pi projects. It's just that when you take something, often times even fully functional, gut it, use hot glue and the wrong tools to make things "fit" inside and retaining very little of the original design, I start objecting. Even more so when you make the ugliest mess of a soldering job and have wires everywhere, connecting up poorly laid out circuits on protoboard.

That's absolutely awesome! I'd love for more places to have that kind of a community, instead of just defaulting to giving up and letting places die out completely. I know the nearby town has an issue after the grocery store was closed last year. I used to be interested in buying a house there, but now I don't see any reason.

Very good point, that! Also; I prefer the lighter roasts compared to the darker ones.

Fine, downloading the Safari Technology Preview. Just because I can.
