I’m borderline in the mood to take the shitty front end at work and start picking it apart. But I fear that only madness lies at the end of that street.
@matigo If it makes web pages actual usable web pages, and not whatever the heck most web sites serve up nowadays, I might be all for that.

@matigo Sounds like that new system at work. It's kind of amazing how one web app can make an otherwise responsive machine behave like the most wretched piece of shit one can imagine, isn't it?
@joeo10 I swear, there are times when Links makes for a darn compelling web browser. The modern web sucks in all kinds of way.
My annoyance this week has been off the scale. Not a good sign of things to come, I’m sure.
@matigo I’m not sure which is the scarier aspect of this. The blatant disregard for doing this so publicly by the Chinese regime, or that they will succeed because the rest of the world lets them.
