@kdfrawg For sure! Yet one more thing to welcome about this whole 3D-printing stuff.

After reorganizing the desk, I think the computer hold much lower temperatures while transcoding video.

I have a few hundred notes in Apple's Notes thingy that I'm trying to get synced between my iPad, my iPhone, and my MacBook Air. This, apparently, needs to take more than 10 minutes…

I'm quite amazed by how incredibly slow and how unreliable note syncing solutions are, even when the companies behind them are huge and/or have been specialized in it for years. Like, what gives?!

Well said! ?

Amen to that!

Funny how the dumbest choices we humans make are in the name of all-mighty profit.

@kdfrawg That would shift the world into a very interesting place, and I don't think I would mind all too much.

I see the filament being more and more common in DIY and hobby shops all the time, so that seems to be less and less of a problem.

Spare parts and extruded heads, I think, are less standardized. Those would have to be obtained from manufacturer or eBay or similar. Don't think one can print those just yet, sadly.

Most likely, as you say. You'd think people would know better in this day and age.

@kdfrawg You and me both. I can barely get over the fact that clever people have used the base machine to improve it by printing better components, on the actual machine itself.
