Oh no, no. Far too modern for me and my old generation 1 iPad Mini. I'm just using a Apple Wireless Keyboard (model A1314). Still a huge step up from the aforementioned Logitech Keyboard for iPad.

Now I'm able to write more and faster with the iPad, so I'm not tied to the MacBook Air anymore. Just some more options for me and my writing. I find the distractions on iOS to be fewer than on the MacBook Air, just because of how I use the machines.

New keyboard picked up at the depot, connected to the iPad, and working quite nicely. No lag, unlike with the Logitech one I got a coupe of years back. Guess that's the difference between a quality keyboard and a cheap one.

Only thing is getting used to the layout. The German one has some buttons slightly different from what I'm used to. Then again, I'm now jumping between physical Japanese keyboard that use a custom Swedish layout, physical Swedish keyboard with Swedish layout, and a physical UK English with various layouts, so I guess it's normal to be a bit confused from time to time.

Darn nice feeling in this keyboard otherwise though. Good job on Apple's behalf.

Just headaches, sadness, and possibly anger.

I can relate to the driving distance, only I have some ~300km to the nearest Apple Store.

Correct! I have Metroid 2 for the Game Boy and I just nabbed it on offer for the 3DS Virtual Console as well, so I'm getting warmed up for this remaster/remake.

@kdfrawg I'm building a small writing station with the cheapest possible means. In my case that means the Apple Bluetooth keyboard, second hand, and my iPad with the WriteRoom or SimpleNote app. ?

@kdfrawg Can only get better from here until next Monday! ???

Correct, but those who consider others foreigners rarely think in those lines, it would seem. One of those us-vs-them nonsense situations, like humans are so good at creating.

Indeed. The fact that one is likely to be attacked for being foreign, at least more so than before, doesn't help either.
