Oh, I appear to have made a nice win on an online auction. Guess I’ll soon have a quad monitor stand from Ergotron.

@matigo I dropped a bunch in November. Bought a new one this week. Wonder if I can do something semi-sensible with it?

Yeah, I’m one of the weirdos who still likes to have a physical version to fall back on, should the hard drive and/or internet connection fail.

@matigo Possibly. The resulting file on my hard drive was at least 25GiB, and there was a lot of more stuff on the disc.

Guess I’ll keep buying movies and tv series on physical media for a while longer. Despite the longer conversion times on my MacBook Air.

Need to check out the Blu-ray I ripped over the night. Should be a nice step up in quality.
