There’s a weird feeling about downloading a terminal program at dial-up speeds.

Ah, that’s a neat thing. Have to explore that myself! ?

See? We told you! ?

Something like that. Just very tired of shitty lighting during the darker half of the year.

Just ordered 10 LED bulbs with 4000K light. Very tired of all the 2700K lights that appear to be the norm in this country.

It might irk me somewhat, but I’m not exactly active on that service anymore, so I don’t really care. ?

Seriously though, make that app with a pay-per tweet model. As a social experiment if nothing else. ?

It is better than the “Lite” version nonsense we have to deal with before we got in-app purchases, definitely.

Totally with you on the obscured cost.

That does suck. But individual developers are also both guilty and forced go down the route of in-app purchases. Give away the app, take payment for most of the functionality.

All because people can’t see the value in software. I hate it. For programs and applications I want one up-front fee with all the bells and whistles, upgrade pricing for new versions. None of this subscription crap for apps that don’t need it.

I mean, it’s impressive that you can even do that in JavaScript and a web browser, but it also makes me want to stop using the web all together.

Based on what I’ve read and heard so far, yes.
