Agreed. Say what you want about the companies, but they do get results and pretty aesthetic/functional ones at that. Too bad the fumble on the openness bit, although I kind of see why.

No offense to Sony, but they have not impressed me once in the last 10 years or so.

I’m afraid the open movement will most likely never produce any device that looks, feels, or works as well as these corporate monsters. I really wish the world and reality would work differently, but I know it doesn’t. Open is always at a disadvantage compared to corporate.

The in-fighting in the open community doesn’t exactly help either. 😕

Never seen that many of them at any one time. I clearly don’t hang around the right parks!

It’s WAAAAAAY too much of it in Sweden. There’s a bazillion sub-competitions on national level before we even reach the finale where “all” of Sweden votes on what to send to the big Eurovision spectacle.

Personally I’m very glad to have escaped the worst of it by being abroad.

Kobe Oji Animal park is fine an all, but so many animals look absolutely depressed. Many parents visiting too.

Now this is a question I’d like an answer to!

Definitely not. A challenge every time you go shopping.

I’m at that stage with my daughter.

The older I get, the more sorry I feel for the animals in the zoo.

So apparently the sign said “General Guidance” and not “Funeral Sundance”, like I first thought…
