I like to let people make their own mistakes in technology, more now than ever. I refuse to be a personal IT department, even if it’s a spouse or close family. Should they make a foolish choice and buy something they have not actually researched properly, or at all, then I consider it “not my problem”.

It’s a harsh reality, but it’s not realistic to be handed a total responsibility for what other people do willy-nilly. Yes, as people inside the world of tech, we have a particular way of looking at things, yet people often choose to not heed our warnings.

But I already know what is going to happen in nearly all cases like this; we get the blame. 🙄

Hm, a pheasant!

If only that was an option. Either that or I could go check out some home electronics.

The only place I don’t absolutely hate it, is at UNIQLO in Japan. Mostly because they’re actually have my sizes and accommodating staff.

Seeing as how humanity is a large mass of incompetent dolts, I kind of hope we aren’t anywhere near interstellar travel for a very long time.

That’s what I’ve been wondering about the Klingons for some time now.

It probably will, but it’ll be anything but enjoyable.
