Very, very sorry to hear about this absolutely craptastic experience. Perhaps, given how incredibly bad they are at dealing with both recruitment and how they treat people, it is a good thing you will not need to be in contact with them anymore? Naturally, this does not make the actual actions of the company any less assholy, but still.
Grr. Just makes my blood boil to see how companies act. Not even a simple apology for their shitty behavior…
@matigo Like the automated circuit design stuff and computer-plotted CPU architecture stuff. When done by a human, it becomes better often times.
@peemee Interestingly enough, I saw a few washing machines made by Hoover. Didn't expect that.
Personally I just call fax machines evil and archaic. ;)
@peemee In a way, yes. The old washing machine has started giving up, so a new one was in order. Got a decent deal and a machine with 5 years of warranty, which I think it pretty ok.
