I believe the company who owns the Nokia name manufactures usable devices, and many of them have support for LTE. Not sure if that means VoLTE or if the actual voice calls still go over GSM though, so a bit more investigation might be needed.

Hopefully we'll see more options pop up on the market in the next 24 months, since the 2G shutdown is well under way in most of Europe at this point. I know that the Swedish Postal and Telecommunications Authority has drawn a line at end of 2025 for total 2G and 3G shutdown, and the carriers have agreed to that.

Lots of 2G dependent terminals out in circulation still, so this is a very large undertaking, in a very short time-frame. I'm just seeing the madness from the inside, and I don't have any stakes in any camp, fortunately. I'm just somewhat annoyed I need to re-work the personal PBX I'm working on sooner, rather than later.
