Sad news like these is nowadays always followed by an insane media coverage, spanning the serious to the moronic, quickly followed up by people overreacting on social media, and inevitably spreading to those in charge of things, which in turn make some hasty and often times ill informed decisions. Sometimes I even more seriously dislike the world we live in.
