We aim for 20:00 as the standardized bedtime, but my daughter has been far too awake at that time for sleep to occur at that hour these last few weeks. Guess it's the natural light or something. She does nap most days, but sometimes she goes through the day with only a quick snooze in the morning. Boy howdy is she whiny come dinner time.
