@matigo I have been contemplating something along those lines. The only problem I have is essentially no experience with aerotech or flight mechanics. Most of the stuff I would use seems to be easily available so I could build a flying camera in the sky without too much hassle. It's all quadrocopters here too, at least as far as I am aware. They are getting a bit impressive though, as prices have plummeted and the capacity and capabilities have just kept growing and expanding. For about €70 you can get a "

For about €70 you can get a "drone" with an HD camera and about 8 minutes of flight time. Sure, nothing like a Parrot, but seems to be a nice machine.
