@variablepulserate Definitely! There’s some really shoddy work been done at some point in the past, not sure if it was the previous inhabitants or earlier. Lots of details need touching up, the kitchen needs some re-engineering and I’ll replace the stove some time this year, the toilet could do with a complete renovation, and I need to do something about the bathtub leaking.
And it’s still a great place despite all these nitpickings, and in a very nice area. Dunno if I can increase the value like the old apartment, but I’ll happily live here with all the improvements I have planned. 😆
