@matigo I’ll start on the 27th of November, but I haven’t even had the time to ask about perks yet. I’ll get a juicy(er) salary each month, and that’s good enough for me. ?
If I’m deemed important enough, maybe I’ll get that perk.
@matigo I’ll be slaving away for a large teleco, pretending to be an operations engineer. Mostly making sure the telephones keep working.
Better pay, nice offices, slightly farther from work but at least not in the center.
@matigo I sometimes like to have the sound of rain in the background when I want to concentrate.
@phoneboy Oh absolutely, there’s nothing like that quality emulation! They’ve done some amazing stuff over the years.
I just long for the original hardware sometimes. Specially home consoles of older vintage.

Sounds like the prices are better where you are. Around here they’re above $100 in no-time, and that’s often times just console and controller, some random games included.
@kdfrawg I fear you are correct there. It’s a similar situation why the Nintendo Game Boy, unfortunately.
