At this point, I think only strong coffee can fix me. But I’ll opt for early bed tonight instead.

Too bad. All this stuff has put me several days behind schedule.

Spent a large part of the weekend taking care of sick wife and two unruly kids, must have slept poorly during the night given my tiredness, have a runny nose, and there’s a pile of things to take care of at work. ?

A bit worse than the standard Monday.

Ørk, this Monday…

Sounds good. I’ll have to pick it up some time soon! ?

Horrible viewing angles and colors are distorted awfully as soon as you get out of the best angle.

The resolution is also lower than most other smartphones these days, but that doesn’t bother me as much.

Haven’t seen Interstellar yet, I’m embarrassed to admit. It’s on my list, though.

Just watched Arrival (from 2016) as this week’s movie night feature. This is my review:
Wow! Go see this if you haven’t already! Definitely one of the best sci-fi movies I’ve watched over the las couple of years.

@kdfrawg Oh I’m no google hugger either. Bit by bit I’m de-googling my life and not looking back.

Only real reason I got this doodad was to run some company-blessed apps, and I refuse to install them on my personal phone. For that dedicated purpose, I’ll be enough. Hopefully.

@kdfrawg I’m impressed that you can get a functional smartphone for a very low entry price, but I wouldn’t call it a great device. Too many compromises, clearly built to be cheap. Not any annoying customizations though, so it at least seems like a pretty “vanilla” Android experience.

I’ll be taking it into active duty on Monday, so we’ll see how it behaves for real.
