@height8 Only if you are ok with it. Can definitely see it coming to use!

@height8 An adventurous little machine to say the least.

@height8 It's what I do with older technology. :)

Me and Writeroom will have a blast with it as a pure writing machine reduced of clutter.

@height8 Good point, that. I'm actually thinking about getting some nifty stand so it kind of looks like a small iMac. I suspect it'll make an excellent word processor/writing machine.

That must be a nice reading experience.

@height8 I fear my wife would object to any more conventional computers, but the iOS devices I can hide easily in a drawer when not in use. ;D

@height8 Thank you! :)

You bet I'm interested! I'm hoping to dive into the realm of apps that no longer run on newer versions of iOS and write segal articles about it. Kind of like Riccardo Mori does for even older systems. Lots of good software has fallen on the wayside over just a few short years. Can't even get them on the App Store anymore. But I have them in my personal library. Just no hardware to run them on. :D

So right about broken in then. ;D

No promises, I'm afraid. The SAAB part I'll be working at isn't so directly involved with the regular automobiles, but rather the specialized equipment they have in fire trucks and ambulances.

Will definitely keep my ears open for any chance, though. ;)

Neato! I'll see if I can upgrade to one later this year too, given the announcement of my new job. Been waiting for a long time for a smaller iPhone, and the only thing I can "complain" about is the lack of a 128GiB option. But I'll live happily on 64GiB, I suspect.
